LGR currently has over 100 employees based at its three global offices, comprised of a highly experienced team of developers, analysts, consultants and technical engineers. The following key individuals lead the global team:

Grant is a founding member of LGR and its Chief Executive Officer. He is primarily responsible for much of the global business development activities of LGR as well as guiding the core corporate strategy with regards the global expansion of the group. Grant is based in Atlanta, United States.

Lucky is a founding member of LGR and its Chief Operations Officer. The primary developer of LGR’s original solution, Lucky oversees global LGR operations with a focus on the linkage between dynamic and diverse customer demand and LGR’s software development. Lucky is based in Centurion, South Africa.

Rory is a founding member of LGR and its Chief Technical Officer. While playing a leading role in corporate strategy, Rory’s strong focus is on the operations of LGR Labs, and specifically the ongoing development of the LGR solution suite and release to global production sites. Rory is based in Centurion, South Africa.

Paul stumbled upon LGR while working on an Oracle contract back in 2006, and immediately jumped at the chance to join the team and raise its global profile. Paul maintains responsibility for all of LGR's sales and marketing worldwide, as well as the management of the company's ongoing relationships with its key partners.

Phil joined LGR in 2008 as the Engagement Manager for LGR’s largest customer - AT&T - bringing with him a wealth of experience in the wireless OSS/BSS arenas to this key account. His ongoing success has led to his recent elevation to the role of General Manager in the Atlanta office, where he is responsible for all of North American operations.

Gerda joined the LGR South Africa office from the MTN Group in 2001. She was chosen to head up LGR’s office in Melbourne shortly thereafter, where her responsibilities include the support of customers such as Telstra, Vodafone and TrueCorp, and managing LGR’s rapid growth in the APAC region.

Butch has been a part of the LGR South Africa team since shortly after inception, and is the long-standing general manager of the Africa & Middle East markets. Instrumental in the training of many of LGR’s current global staff, his primary role remains the support of LGR’s numerous customers across this high-growth region.

Melani joined the LGR South Africa office in 2002, and is LGR’s most recent GM appointee, having taken over the leadership of the LGR Labs division. Her primary role is the management of LGR’s core development team responsible for new products and solutions, software enhancements and bespoke development.
