CDRlive provides a number of toolsets to assist in the rapid delivery of strategic insight to users across the enterprise, and also supports all major BI suites, integrating seamlessly with the likes Oracle BI, Business Objects, SAS, Cognos and Microstrategy. This ensures that CDRlive is able to cater for the pre-existing BI standards of any customer and provide a rapid time to value.

More recently, LGR and Oracle have collaborated to produce CDRinsight, an advanced, telco-specific BI toolset based on the Oracle BI platform.

CDRinsight

CDRinsight is a highly powerful and extensible analysis and dashboard toolset that allows business users to unlock the hidden value within CDRlive data, adding context and meaning to it to drive the business into ever more profitable directions.

CDRinsight leverages the formidable functionality of the Oracle BI Enterprise Edition suite, and provides a wide range of detailed and highly functional dashboards that allow users to explore data at any level of granularity, have it presented to them in a user friendly and highly interactive manner, as well as have the ability to perform deeper analysis through ad-hoc query capabilities. The extensibility of CDRinsight ensures that while the most important dashboard views are available as out-the-box functionality, the system can also be easily tailored to include customized dashboards, alerts for exception reporting, as well as integrate seamlessly with other enterprise solutions.

The net result is that while CDRlive has its foundations in the network, it ultimately exports this engineering accuracy in the form of highly valuable Business Intelligence to every corner of the business. Examples of how CDRlive is used by leading customers include the following:
